Redesigned the entire compliance operations division across 6 licences while the business was listed on the NYSE. Public-market scrutiny on one side, live regulated markets on the other.
Compliance leadership across a multi-brand European operator — process, people and controls that had to move at commercial speed.
Joined pre-scale. Grew the team from 9 to 900 people, built 3 departments from scratch, and helped set the operational spine that carried Stoiximan and Betano into international markets.
